Q4 game plan · four weeks · nothing touches checkout

Hold the $99.99. Recover the volume.

Three AOV levers, the conversion fixes that pair with them, the white and gold system, and the order we ship it in. All additive to the Prestige theme you already run.

AOV levers

Three moves that raise the order without touching the anchor.

1

Free shipping bar at $65, in the drawer and under the price

Drop the threshold from $75 to $65. The pouch bundle is $47.96, the Caramel Collection is $29.99. At $65 a pouch customer adds one more pouch and ships free. At $75 they need three. Apple packs already clear it, so this costs nothing on 76% of revenue.

Expected: checkout completion from 46% toward 55% on sub $75 carts. Pouch AOV up $10 to $15. Risk, stated once: margin on pouch orders between $65 and $75, about 6% of orders. The attach lift covers it.
2

The caramel bag goes on the button, not in a dropdown

Extra Caramel Bag attaches to 9% of orders today because it is a "Select a Caramel Flavor" select under four other selects. In the concept it is a one tap card under the flavor picker, then again in the cart drawer.

Target: 25% attach. At 1,200 apple orders in Q4 that is 190 extra bags, about $1,900, and it trains the pouch reorder.
3

A pack ladder: 2 / 4 / 6

Every apple SKU is one price. Add a 2-pack at $54.99 (just for me) and a 6-pack at $139.99 (the office box) on the bundle page with the 4-pack as the hero. Gift note and ship date move above the fold so the corporate and Thanksgiving buyer does not leave to email you.

Expected: 15% of bundle orders take the 6-pack, which adds about $6 to blended AOV on its own.
Conversion fixes

Paired with the levers, in the same deploy.

a

Buy box order

Gallery, title, stars, price, ship line, flavor grid, add to cart. Description and apple care move below the button. Sticky add to cart once the form scrolls off.

b

Tap to pick flavors

Same four inputs the options app depends on, but a chip grid writes into them. "Same flavor for all" shortcut. Zero dropdowns.

c

Gift card and bulk pages

Amount chips, delivery date, three line how it works, cross link to bundles. Bulk gets an "events and offices" framing and a wholesale form link.

d

Stop double discounting

Kill the corner 15% badge on product pages for paid traffic. Klaviyo already fires the welcome code. Keep the popup on homepage entry only, 10%, and hide it from anyone arriving with a code.

e

Script diet

Clarity sampled to 25%, Loox deferred until the reviews block is near the viewport, FAQ image stack lazy loaded. Target 3s mobile LCP.

f

Three Klaviyo flows before Oct 1

Abandoned checkout with the free ship math in the email. Browse abandonment for the apple collection. Day 21 post purchase with a caramel reorder offer. Email should be 15% of Q4 traffic, not 0.4%.

White and gold

The system, built on what you already own.

Your Garamond wordmark, your Jost, your gold #D9A446 and your engraved tree. The base flips from near black to warm cream. Lime and crimson step back to small accents.

Type

Jost 600 for headings and labels. EB Garamond for body and prices. No new faces, no scripts. Product titles stay uppercase with tracking, everything else sentence case.

Buttons

Primary is ink with cream text, gold deep on hover. Secondary is a gold hairline outline. Gold is never paragraph text; it fails at 2.3:1 on cream. It lives in lines, fills, stars and the seal.

Surfaces

White cards on cream, 1px linen border, 12px radius, no shadow at rest. Sections alternate cream and alabaster. One decorative move: a 40% gold hairline between title and price and under section headers.

Photography

Your dark product shots pop on cream. For Q4 add a warm lifestyle set on linen with kraft and gold twine. The cut out apples on the concept are your own PDP files, keyed to transparent.
