We pulled 90 days of live Shopify data, tore the storefront down page by page, and rebuilt the three pages that carry Q4: home, the apple collection and the Pick Your Perfect 4 product page. New white and gold look, your real logo, fonts and photos, and a cart that actually helps people finish. Nothing about checkout changes.
Live numbers from your Shopify admin: the funnel, mobile vs desktop, load, product winners and losers, traffic mix, and the three friction points costing you orders right now.
Read the audit →Home, collection and product page rebuilt in white and gold. Working flavor picker, pack sizes, one tap caramel add, and a cart drawer with a free shipping bar and cross sell. Open it on your phone.
Open the concept →Four weeks, in ship order. The AOV levers, the conversion fixes, the design system tokens, and the Klaviyo flows that should be live before October.
See the plan →No functional overhaul. Same Prestige theme, same checkout, same products. Every change is additive, so customers who know the store still know the store.
How it ships →Your Garamond wordmark, your Jost, your gold and your engraved tree. We flipped the base from near black to warm cream, moved the buy box to the top, and put the caramels where people add them.
715 people reached checkout in 90 days. 331 paid. The $75 free shipping threshold covers the $99.99 apple packs and nothing else, so a $12 pouch pays $6.72 to $12.73 to ship and the $47.96 pouch bundle sits $27 short with nothing on the page saying so.
On desktop the add to cart button sits under the full description and seven flavor accordions, then asks for four dropdowns. Desktop converts 1.75% against 2.49% on mobile. That is backwards for a gifting brand.
Klaviyo is installed and firing 15% welcome codes on roughly one in four orders, but email sent 63 sessions in 90 days. In a gifting quarter that is the cheapest revenue on the table.
Thirty minutes to walk through the concept on your phone and lock the four week order.
